Booking & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for considering my services for your special day! To ensure a smooth booking process, please review the following policies:
1.Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation to secure your date. If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, the date may be offered to other clients.
2. Amendments:You may amend your booking within 2 weeks of confirmation with a security deposit. If changes or cancellations occur thereafter, a new security deposit may be required.
3. Trial Sessions: Your total quote includes one complimentary trial. Additional trials may be arranged based on availability at a fee of €120. Please note that the total quote is based on the number of people in your bridal party and will not be reduced if the number decreases after booking.
4. Bridal Party Size:The maximum number of people I can accommodate on my own is 6. If you wish to add more, I will need to schedule an assisting artist, which may incur additional fees. Adjustments to your bridal party size can be made as long as time permits on the wedding day.
5. Timing Considerations: Each makeup application typically takes 50-70 minutes. Please plan accordingly to ensure all members of your bridal party are ready on time. I recommend allowing an additional 45-60 minutes prior to your ceremony for final touches and travel if needed.
6. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 6 months in advance will allow you to forfeit your deposit without additional fees. However, cancellations made after this period require payment of the full booking fee, as your date would have been reserved and other inquiries declined.
7. Unforeseen Circumstances: In the rare event that I must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, I will provide a qualified replacement artist. In such cases, I will refund your full deposit, except if you have already completed a trial, in which case €120 will be deducted.
